Really a 2 year warranty rather than 3

Optoma covers the HD20 (projector that I was offered this coverage for) with a one year warranty. Really pointless to have another warranty that starts at the time of purchase. If I could purchase a warranty that began after the manufacturer's warranty runs out, then that would be worth purchasing.

The purchase was easy enough and we value the SquareTrade name but not sure how valuable the purchase was because we have not made a claim on the warranty. We plan to purchase a SquareTrade warranty again when we make a big electronic purchase. We currently have 4 SquareTrade warranties.

This is a reasonable price for a warranty. I gave it 4 stars only, because I have not had to use the warranty. I will update if I need to use it with information on the process.
