Excellent, my Xbox 360 broke. Square trade was very helpful. After walking through a couple of trouble shooting steps they emailed me a ups shipping label the next day. I shipped the Xbox for them to inspect and 3 days later they refunded the full purchase price to my PayPal account. The whole process they keep you up to date, sending notices when they receive the broken item etc.
Over all they made the whole process very easy, and took away the stress of something expensive being broken.

The warranty price was a little steep for my product, a PS3 I paid $199 for on eBay, so I was a little hesitant to purchase it. It turned out to be a good investment, as the blu-ray drive on my PS3 stopped working a couple months after I bought it. I notified Square Trade and was given a shipping label to send the PS3 to their warehouse. I had no problems throughout the process, and they communicated clearly with me exactly where things stood. My only complaint really is that the refund process was a little slow. It took almost a month from the time I reported the issue to the time I received my refund, though this was during the Thanksgiving holidays when things tend to move slower.
Square trade definitely kept their end of the bargai- a total refund without additional shipping costs on my part, and no hassles.

This was one of about 5 warranties I have with SquareTrade but this is the first one I had to file a claim on.
I had purchased an Xbox 360 and had gotten a warranty through SquareTrade after one year of the kids playing the xbox 360 it died, I called SquareTrade they asked me some simple troubleshooting questions and then told me they would e-mail me a link for printing a UPS label or they would send me one if I preferred, I chose the e-mail rout.
When I got the e-mail the instructions was simple and easy enough to fallow I clicked the link that took me to a website where I could print my shipping label. I boxed up the xbox 360 according to their instructions and with in 3-5 business days of them receiving my shipment they refunded my FULL PURCHASE PRICE of the xbox 360 no questions asked. This is an excellent company that stands behind their word I have and will continue to use them again.
And as an added bonus we was also told NOT to ship the hard drive for the xbox 360 this way the kids would not loose their profiles and saved games and downloaded content for when we purchased a replacement xbox 360, that made the kids very happy which made me happy, this is a company that understands the value of customer care.
