Always excellent service!!!

I have 14 active warranties with SquareTrade. Why? Because it is one of the best deals around. I have used SquareTrade for several years, with my first warranty in February 2009. Unfortunately, I've had to file claims twice, but have been glad to have had the warranties. Both times, SquareTrade paid quickly and effortlessly (meaning no hassle). All in all, SquareTrade is a great company offering a great service at a great price!

Square trade is great

I recently had to call them to help sort out a problem I had, I was on hold for less than 2 minutes which is great. The lady that was helping me gave me all the information I needed to figure out what to do and it was all done in less than 15 minutes. They are very good at helping you and they don't waste time getting you answers. I have had 4 warranties with them ever since I heard about Square trade and I have never had a problem. I definitely recommend square trade to anyone looking to get extra insurance for there electronics.

Just what i hoped for

I got my warranty for an outdoor hiking gps, imagine my dismay when it broke falling a foot out of my car. fortunately i had a full coverage warranty and it wasn't even a full week before i had my money, the only hiccup was on my end, waiting for a new mailing address to ship the new gps to :)
